Two things - the second is for the rating. First, where did your classical music go🙁? I was so saddened to hear it’s gone!! That is half the reason I shop there! The new violin & cello music of pop/musical tunes sounds very uninteresting and blah. Please, please change it back. Second thing, I usually don’t purchase sliced mushrooms but with my arm being fresh out of a cast I thought it would be helpful. Well, there was so much dirt on the slices that I had to wash each slice individually. So there went that convenience item . . . I recommend that you clean the mushrooms before slicing.

The store was nice and clean, but the checkout experience completely changed my impression. Connor checked me out and didn’t provide any customer service. He didn’t greet me (I had to say hello first), didn’t tell me my total, and didn’t say anything during the transaction. He was talking to another worker before he returned to the checkout. After I paid, he just stood there while I waited for my receipt. I ended up taking the receipt myself and telling him to have a nice day. I left feeling dismissed and like I was bothering him by checking out. A simple greeting, telling customers their total, handing them their receipt, and saying “thank you” would make a huge difference. I liked the store, but this experience makes me hesitant to come back to this location.

My first time walking into the store a few weeks ago, the experience overall was great! Staff was friendly food was good a presentable. Until I went by the Deli where I was met by an at first pleasant young man with a red beard and tattoos. I was just browsing so I didn't talk long. As I walked away from the Deli counter I heard him murmur to another associate something explicit regarding by body. I was disgusted. I decided to quickly look through the grocery isles on the other side of the store, where I saw him peaking over the counter at me as I turned into one of the isles. As I got towards the front of the grocery isles it appeared as though the made an effort to walk down the same isle as I did as he briskly walked down not looking for anything. Safe to say I did not and do feel safe in this store and will not return.

I love grocery shopping at the Fresh Market. Today was my first visit to this location and they did not disappoint. The store was very clean, organized and well stocked. All my interactions with the employees were wonderful. Such a friendly, well trained and knowledgeable staff! I'll be back soon. 5 ✨'s!
